Product Structure and Working Principle:
1. The testing machine is mainly composed of a workbench, a secondary impact prevention mechanism, a support tube, a urinary catheter, a hammer body, a V-shaped body, an automatic drop hammer mechanism, a reducer, an electric control box, a bracket, etc.
2. Working principle of this machine: A hammer body jig is installed inside the conduit, which is driven by a motor and a reducer to raise the hammer body. The hammer body automatically rises to the required height, and the lowering switch is pushed to set the hammer body freely inside the conduit and impact the sample, achieving the purpose of the test.
3. The impact energy can be calculated based on the weight and impact height of the hammer body. After impacting the hammer body sample, the sample does not produce rebound hammer breakage. The photoelectric signal control prevents the rebound hammer body from being quickly clamped (pick) by the secondary impact mechanism, achieving the goal of preventing secondary impact.
4. The V-shaped iron fittings are installed below the workbench. Two wires are installed on both sides, and the rotating V-shaped iron elevator is driven by the rotation of the handwheel.
